Thomas the Tank Engine on the Huckleberry Railroad

Later this month at Crossroads Village and Huckleberry Railroad, little engineers and their families will have the opportunity to take a 40 minute ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends® series. In addition, children will meet Sir Topham Hatt®, Controller of the Railway and enjoy a day of Thomas-themed activities including arts & crafts, storytelling and more. The tour, now in its 18h year, will make stops in more than 45 US cities and is expected to welcome nearly one million passengers in 2013.
Thomas & Friends Imagination Station will feature stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts & crafts, train tables, and coloring sheets.
The event will also include storytelling, video viewing and live music, Bob the Builder Show, Bob the Builder meet & greet, Sir Topham Hat meet & greet, a variety of live entertainment, inflatables, straw maze, model railroad layout, farm animals, Bubbles Galore, historical demonstrations: print shop, barber shop, grist mill, tin/leather shop and first-person interpretations in the Village’s historic homes.
