Body After Baby / Healthy Eating

A FREE workshop by Bloom Baby and Kids!

Personal Trainer Kristin Moore will provide a free 60 min. introduction to her “Body After Baby” cardio class. The fitness preview is open to moms of all fitness levels. You will learn specific workouts that fit the needs of moms featuring strength training, toning, and stretching. Please come dressed ready to do a light workout. The preview will be followed by a healthy eating talk geared towards the needs of busy moms.
